Not sure what's going on with the over-enthusiastic flash in the background, but Audi officially announced the R8 at the Paris Motor Show today. With a 420bhp V8, 0-62 in 4.6 seconds, and what I think are good looks (I haven't quite decided yet), this is Audi's Porsche and M6 chaser.
